Rethinkyourink Franchise Business Opportunities

Have you noticed that Roy Lewis or any of his cohorts don't but their names on their website? He likes to hide now. Don't trust this man.

ROY LEWIS left all his Sears/Watertowne franchise owners in financial ruin and he walked away from over $4 million of debt that he created across Canada.

Ricardo H. Perez , his connection with Watertowne, Roy Lewis and Rethink Your Ink , Airdrie, Alberta

You may have noticed the comments by Ricardo Perez left on the post "Did you know your customer base belongs to you?".

Tell us Ricardo, why you and Roy hide YOUR identities on the rethinkyourink.ca website?

Ricardo was the Chief Financial Officer for Watertowne/Sightus for perhaps 4-5 years before and during the bankruptcy. He continues to follow Roy at Rethink Your Ink Ltd. He is/was also the contact person for Vista Water (which is supposedly Shane Mooney's business). Ricardo was born in Bogota, Columbia, and apparently he earned first class honour bachelor degrees in Biological Sciences and Finance (from which University?).

If anyone can shed some light on Ricardo and his past activities, please comment here. Thanks

Westana Leasing Corporation v. Sightus Inc., 2007 ABQB 629

Sightus Inc. carried on the business of marketing bottled water and related equipment to residential and commercial customers in parts of Canada. On March 6, 2007, Sightus went into receivership. As in the normal course, the Receiver held a creditors’ meeting on July 18, 2007 to consider and vote on a proposal. The creditors rejected the proposal so that Sightus was deemed to have made an Assignment into Bankruptcy. Throughout the receivership, the Receiver continued to operate Sightus’ business through arrangements with former employees and contractors of Sightus. Shane Mooney was delivering water to Sightus’ customers on behalf of the Receiver. In July of 2007, Mr. Mooney offered to purchase the assets of Sightus. Negotiations ensued. On August 1, 2007, Mr. Mooney advised the Receiver that he no longer wished to purchase the assets. Around August 10, 2007, the Receiver learned that Mr. Mooney was contacting and dealing directly with Sightus customers without the permission of the Receiver and was delivering water products to those customers. Mr. Mooney advised the Receiver that he took the position that the Sightus customers he was servicing were his customers.

A Unique Franchising Opportunity in a Growing Industry

NewswireToday - /newswire/ - Airdrie, Alberta, Canada, 11/26/2007 - Rethink Your Ink takes pride in providing the best in non-invasive laser tattoo removal and fading services that are both effective and affordable, thus allowing consumers to “rethink their ink”.

During the last couple of decades, tattoos have become part of mainstream culture. We all know at least one person who now regrets getting a tattoo during a period of youthful self-expression. For years, these people had little recourse as tattoo removal techniques were often painful, expensive and invasive. Rethink Your Ink is poised to change that.

Roy Lewis, President of Rethink Your Ink, says “Our philosophy is that our company, and the highly trained clinicians at our franchise locations, can improve lives by eliminating unwanted tattoos; enhancing our customers overall well being by improving how they look and feel.”

Rethink Your Ink takes pride in providing the best in non-invasive laser tattoo removal and fading services that are both effective and affordable, thus allowing consumers to rethink their ink. After extensive planning, testing and development Rethink Your Ink brings a unique franchise opportunity to the market.

The Rethink Your Ink franchise model offers complete support including:
• Laser
• Software
• Training
• Technology
• Exclusive territories
• Corporate marketing services
• Liability insurance
• A Central Administration system that handles scheduling of appointments, processing of payments, database management and a host of other services.

Dr. Sanjay Rajpal D.D.S., founder and CEO of Rethink Your Ink, says “The franchise opportunities that Rethink Your Ink has available are ideally suited to general practitioners, dentists, chiropractors, owners of cosmedic clinics or other professionals who have an existing practice and are interested to expand their services.”

Rethink Your Ink has plans to expand rapidly in 13 regions across Canada and has already received interest from a number of potential franchise operators in the U.S.

Interest will continue to grow as In February, 2008 Rethink Your Ink (rethinkyourink.ca) will be featured on an exciting new weekly program on CBC Newsworld called Fortune Hunters. Hosted by Dianne Buckner, long-time host of Venture and current host of Dragons’ Den, Fortune Hunters explores emerging trends in the marketplace that affect shifts in human behaviour and economic activity that define today’s world and how Canadian entrepreneurs are capitalizing on these trends.

Did you know your customer base belongs to you?

Here's an email old Ricardo Perez recently sent out to some folks. Looks like Ricardo is now involved in the tattoo removal business...here's his email address: rperez@rethinkyourink.ca

What a crock of you know what!

Here's hoping you've enjoyed a great summer. I know your Watertowne days are over and I will not take too much of your time.

I have a small favor to ask on behalf of Shane Mooney, the Airdrie Franchisee. Watertowne's bankruptcy trustee, RSM Richter, is trying to go after his customer base and to help him, we need to establish the precedent that each franchisee owns their customer base and was allowed to go independent and continue to service their customers autonomously under their own brand name upon termination of their relationship with Sightus Inc. and Watertowne.

Will you please forward a letter to this effect to either Shane or I. Should you have any questions or concerns, you may reach me at (403) 948.3342 ext 3 or Shane at (403) 852.8632. Please email me or shane@vistawater.ca, as well as mail an original copy to:

Thank-you so very much for any assistance you may render.
